Lin Northrup, M.Ed., R.H.
is a holistic educator with thirty years experience teaching in public
schools, and helping children express their creativity. In her mid thirties,
she became a student of metaphysics, Eastern spiritual teachings, and
began to practice meditation.
Guided by a powerful
dream, she was led to a sanctuary in the woods where she worked with a
healer to learn and practice the healing arts and wisdom of the sacred
feminine. After five years of deep study she returned to public
education.
Lin’s work with children and educators centers on teaching
holistic principles that support wholeness, creativity, and the beauty
of all life. She conducts seminars and workshops that encourage a heart-centered
approach to education, and writes about the importance of nurturing the
mind, body, and spirit of each child.
In the fall of 2000, she
received a message from Spirit to write about a new generation of
children who are the peacemakers. They have a global mind-set and
heightened awareness, and their mission is to work for the good
of humankind. Her life path is to raise awareness about the needs of
our global children, so that parents and educators can align with their
message of brotherhood and peace. |
